In memory of our dear team member Domi, the SAMBA team has changed the team name to DomiMOUCHE33 for the last leg of the Carnaval Team Challenge.

There are no boat changes to the team.

The SAMBA team will be sailing with a new team member in leg 6. MOUCHE 33 is not participating and will be replaced by limelight. We very much enjoyed having Domi as a team member in the first 5 legs.

The SAMBA team is eager to set sail for Nice.

There will be no change in the boats participating.

Final Result

The SAMBA team is "Rarin' to Go" to Rio de Janeiro.

Glenn, Domi, André and Frank will again be sailing for the team.

Team SAMBA has no changes and is ready for the start on Wednesday.

A big thanks to André for organising this FUN Race with what we may call ridiculous whale boats.

It was fun to sail and hope this becomes a recurring event.

If we want more teams to participate and no more boats are showing interest, it looks like the only option is to split up the the current teams into 2 or 3 boats per team. :o I doubt however that there will be many players interested in this option.
