The Mediterranean Tour Leg 2 will start next Tuesday, October the 15th, at 20h00 UTC+2.
You can start the race right now to test, all boats will be bring back to the start Tuesday the 15th at 18h00 UTC+2 as usual.

We try to annouce the races starts on the home page, top right column as early as we decide to start them.

Races like the Clipper or the Expresso Trophy can be expected to start quite in advance because they match real regattas (sometimes postponed though).
Custom RG races like the Mediterranean Tour or the Tonio's Race, and moreover the ones that have several legs, have their starting date decided quite late, usually a few days before start for the following reasons:
- we try to let the last playing boats finish the previous leg
- we try to have not too much races overlaping
This is why we really can't tell when Leg 3 of the Mediterranean Tour and the Tonio's Race will start.

WeekRaces start every Friday evening (20h00 European time)
49er races start every Sunday evening (20h00 European time)

I now see this question of long ago, but still want to give you some answer

Yes you can arrange to show only your boat and let all the other boats be invisible

on the left side , with all controls, all in the bottom there is a button for All,
-you engage and you see all boats
- you dis-engage and you will see only your own boat

BTW, there is also the feature to bring some mist on the screen, that is controlled completely by Virtualgame but during the time of mist (some hours only) you can not see any boats as well.
