Server issue Tuesday December 2019, the 17th at 08h00 UTC+1

The UPS that failed a few days ago, failed again this morning Tuesday December 2019 the 17th at 08h00 UTC+1.
It was not changed at the last issue because there was no spare one to do so.
This late afternoon, a member of our hosting service went to buy a new UPS after his work and put it in production around 18h00 UTC+1.
Regattagame staff decided this morning that all races would be stopped as soon as the power was back on, not to add troubles for the skippers that would not have been in front of their screen at this time.
All boats on all races will start again to sail tonight between 19h50 and 20h00 UTC+1. First iteration at 19h5x with x = iteration minute of the race.
Winds forecasts download has been relanched.
The projection line in front of the boats might be wrong between now and 19h5x, unless maybe that you rais anchor and then set a first scheduler point at 19h5x.
The elapsed time on some challendes like the Juls Verne will be corrected to substract this 12 hours cut.
More info a little bit later tonight.
Of course we apologize for this new issue, but there should not be anymore UPS trouble for several years now...
