Can you see a wind arrow in this cell ? I can't.
Checking in the database, it appears that the wind in this cell is 0,1 kts and 246°.
So a wind arrow must be on the map, but so small that we can not see it...
Anyway, as the game engine only uses integer values of wind strenght, winds of 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 kts are equal to... 0 kts.
(Then in range [0.5 - 1.4] = 1kts, and so on)
Bad idea to go into such cells. It was possible to jump from the North-West cell to the South-East one. You have to be careful in such a case.
We are very sorry, there is no solution, except to wait for the next evening winds change.
This is a mistake that you should not forget.
