I am setting my hour, in the scheduler for a mark. I keep putting a 3 in ( ie 03 hrs) and save it, refresh; and it has reverted to 02. It keeps doing this, even after a reboot of machine. For the next mark, entering an 07 for 0758, and the 7 changes to a 6.
I cannot plot a course properly.

It's better not to use the scheduler tool up to 04 AM UTC+1 tonight.
