My javascript tools all use the degree and decimal minutes format. It matches my sextant, my charts, my routeur, my GPS. Only surveyors use seconds as far as I know.
I suspect this may be due to the arrows overlapping so depending on whether the mouse comes from the left or the right or from below, I get the wind from the cell on the left or the right or perhaps the correct value.
Full right
When winds arrows ovelap, drag the mouse cursor off a wind arrow to switch off the data display, then drag it over a next arrow to switch on the right data display...
Not very common a case...
Thanks Blaise, it confused the hell out of me for a while. It will likely re-occur as I'm chasing a depression across the Atlantic. I catch up with it every evening (mine) and then it jumps away at the 'bascule' and the chase begins anew. I try to avoid the very high winds but I got caught in one cell because of the bug yesterday. I'll be more careful now.
Not really a bug but... In my profile, the label clled "Background" is the one that changes the colour of the wind arrows. Could it be labelled "Wind" instead?
Fixed
Sorry about that, few troubles with the pilot boat on this race; not really important.
Can't understand why the 0,2 knots wind arrow did not show last night; maybe it is to little, not really important neither
Previously, when on the page where one can choose eiher "races" or "challenges", when one clicked on the "forum" button it opened in a new tab. Now it overlays the existing tab. I liked the previous behaviour better as now I swear loudly then open a new tab to restart RG.
