project for 49er polars

We are building polars for the 49er.

This boat should replace the Windsurf for the weekly races starting each Sunday night. It should start for the Winter 2018 Season in January.

Here is a draft with 2 sails, the gennaker hook should be detailed a bit.
A 3 sails version might come soon from Stakk GD.
